Mention suggestions open after typing @

Typing @ in the rich-text or Markdown editor now opens the mention suggestions without requiring another character.

The list is loaded when the editor opens so suggestions can appear immediately. In a thread, the group mention appears first when you have permission to notify the group, followed by other people ordered by their recent activity in the thread. Your own account appears only when you type part of your name or username.

As you add individual or group mentions, Loomio shows the server-calculated number of people who will be notified in the lower-right corner of the editor. Overlapping audiences are counted once. Group mentions exclude your own account, while directly mentioning yourself includes it.
