Smaller improvements (March)

• Move comments now moves all replies. When you move a comment to a different thread, all nested replies to that comment are moved along with it. Previously only the first level of replies was moved.
• Thread loading improved. Scrolling to load more comments now preserves your scroll position, so you don't lose your place when older comments load in.
