Scheduled poll opening times

Polls can now be scheduled to open for voting at a future date and time rather than immediately.

How it works

Until the scheduled time, the poll is visible to the group but not votable, and shows an "Opening in..." countdown. Voting-open notifications are sent when the poll actually opens, not when it's created, so people aren't notified before there's anything to do.

Poll form changes

The poll creation form was reworked with a clearer voting-duration section that shows opening and closing dates together, a "More settings" accordion to reduce clutter for the common case, and a redesigned date picker.
