New group onboarding

New groups now get a guided setup flow to help them get started.

After creating a group, coordinators see a checklist of recommended steps: invite members, start a discussion, run a poll, and share an outcome. Each step links directly to the relevant action, reducing the time it takes for a new group to become productive.
