Friendlier practice and onboarding templates

The practice proposal shown to new groups got a lighter tone and a shorter default duration, and is now hidden from the general template list — it's recommended only inside the practice thread itself.

A new "Let's try Loomio" proposal template was added to help groups commit to giving Loomio a proper trial run.
