On this spot, we can discuss and review different platforms for democratic participation and decision-making.

First, we have to create a thread to decide:
- what platforms to test
- who will test which platform
- what metrics to use

Second, we can create a threat for each platform that we test. In this threat, the person who is performing the test keeps track of the general features of the platform and the performance of the platform for each given metric.
