Harpswell Comprehensive Plan

This forum is for discussions related to the development of the Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Harpswell, Maine. We are hoping to have participation from as wide a spectrum of community members as possible. This forum is open to anyone with a connection to Harpswell. This will help to inform a plan meant to guide the community over the next 10-15 years.
