We agreed at the January 27th webworking group meeting to use Loomio until another proposal for decision making is adopted by the group using consensus - 1 on Loomio.
We agreed in Mid March to use Trello - for project management and collaboration.

- What is the issue/s you are hoping to resolve by adopting a new tool, platform or process.
- How will your tool integrate with previous decisions
Does the tool platform conform to following requirements?
ease of login
mobile friendly for asyncrous working
easy to learn
easy to use
quick to load - lightweight
-integrates well with wordpress via API or plugins -considered a "nice to have"
You are also welcome to make other sorts of proposals beyond tools, platforms and processes - including design, editorial etc.
