Advantages: People will see the work being done and have to wrestle with the actual questions on our plates - and have an opportunity to see where they can help. Also - we become more “real” to the people invovled. :D

Disadvantages: Bad meeting can be create distance. Meetings have to be well facilitated. Poor process can be discouraging…
