Garry has permission to invite up to six people to try the Loomio site. If we pass the resolution to invite people a all. That decision is about to close soon.
That Garry Clark in Auckland invite six other people onto the Loomio network for this trial.
This amendment needs to be passed before we vote on Item One so the deadline is tomorrow morning. At Noon.

Garry has already shared the proposal with four people. Both John and Jo are in Christchurch. We need more Auckland people involved.

I see how this is working now after reading that this is an ammendment. 6 extra people are too much at this stage will only agree to 3 more.

That's a sensible position to take Garry. I can see that you have already voted. I think it's also possible to change your vote, if you do so before the deadline.

This is a trial of the decision process enabled by Loomio. It is unclear who are invited to the group as we agreed not to distribute the draft report.

Looks like Loomio is a interesting tool. Called a meeting on Monday at 10am to discuss this issue and draft. Will have feedback to John by Tues or Wed.
