Submission Extension.

I spoke to @Shiri Shalmy and she has agreed that we can extend the Cornish Fringes deadline for submissions to Friday the 23rd of October (the end of this week). Again if you could help by passing this information around your networks and sharing the latest image I've made to highlight the extension around Facebook that would be cool.
