SOLE Colombia - SOLE Lab - La biblioteca del futuro / The library of the future

Internet Society Foundation convoca anualmente varios eventos, entre ellos, el Programa BOLT en 2021 hizo un llamado a las organizaciones y equipos de innovadores que trabajan para ampliar la posibilidad de conectividad y acceso a Internet a nivel mundial a través del desarrollo de prototipos y programas piloto.

SOLEColombia se presentó, ¡y ganó! con un proyecto que tiene dos partes (os lo contamos en este vídeo), en resumen:

1. La construcción de un SOLELab, o la biblioteca del futuro como nos gusta llamarlo. Un SOLELab es un espacio físico, con algunos dispositivos informáticos y conexión a Internet, donde se hace SOLE. SOLE (Self Organized Learning Environments por sus siglas en inglés) es una metodología en la que grupos de personas, juntos, aprenden, dialogan y crean soluciones a los desafíos de la vida, de forma autoorganizada y usando internet, a través de Grandes Preguntas. En un SOLELab, todo el conocimiento depositado en la red se vuelve accesible para que las personas puedan utilizarlo y transformarlo en las soluciones aplicadas que necesitan.

2. La creación y puesta en funcionamiento de una herramienta llamada "Guía de soluciones de conectividad" que pretende ser una herramienta de autodiagnóstico y alternativas de solución a la falta de conectividad que se vive en muchas zonas del mundo. Nuestra idea es inventar una manera en la que las personas puedan saber en qué estado está su conectividad, las causas que pueden estar incidiendo en ella y plantear soluciones a los problemas de conectividad de su comunidad.

Este es el grupo que hemos creado para conversar, proponer, intercambiar y crear juntos esa guía de soluciones y manteneros informados del proceso de construcción del SOLELab en la comunidad de Boca de Camarones, Guajira. Donde Elainer y los suyos están deseosos de seguir haciendo SOLE.

SOLE Colombia showed up, and won! with a project that has two parts (we tell you about it in this video), in summary:

SOLE (Self Organized Learning Environments) is a methodology in which groups of people, together, learn, dialogue and create solutions to life's challenges, in a self-organized way and using the internet, through Big Questions. In a SOLELab, all the knowledge deposited on the network becomes accessible so that people can use it and transform it into the applied solutions they need.

2. The creation and implementation of a tool called "Connectivity Solutions Guide" that aims to be a self-diagnosis tool and alternative solutions to the lack of connectivity that exists in many areas of the world. Our idea is to invent a way in which people can know what state their connectivity is in, the causes that may be influencing it, and propose solutions to connectivity problems in their community.

This is the group that we have created to discuss, propose, exchange and create together that solution guide and keep you informed of the SOLELab construction process in the community of Boca de Camarones, Guajira. Where Elainer and her family are eager to continue doing SOLE.
