Sandwell Cultural Education Partnership

Sandwell Cultural Education Partnership (SCEP) is a mutual partnership of sector professionals,cultural enthusiasts and creative advocates, from who are working with children and young people (aged 0–25 years) in Sandwell. The Cultural Education Partnership was developed as a response to the national Cultural Education Challenge and Sandwell Council’s Vision 2030. The SCEP will become the strategic board for the creative and cultural sector in Sandwell.
