Dublin Food Co-op - Members' Affairs Committee
The purpose of this Loomio group is to bring a finalised proposal to the CB for a Members' Affairs Committee.
The proposal will require:-
(a) terms of reference for the committee
(b) clear statement of the committees' role within the terms of reference
(c) a handbook which outlines who the committee will work in practice
(d) a starting document for the purchasing policy (if it is decided to proceed with including this in the role of the committee).
It is also crucial that the role of this committee has the consent of (i) CB, (ii) the General Manager, (iii) the Secretary and (iv) the Shop Co-ordinator and Supervisors. It is important that it has been reviewed by the Nomination & Governance Committee also.

The next CB meeting at which this committee will be discussed is the 9th September - ideally we would have reviewed documents for consideration at this meeting. We hope to have a members meeting on the subject in September / October.
