This subgroup contains all discussions which are no longer relevant, or are not likely to be reactivated for some time. They will be kept here indefinitely as part of the historical record of the group. Where possible, restarting a dormant discussion is preferable to starting a new discussion on the same topic, as it keeps all the information on that topic in one place. If any member wishes to reactivate a discussion in records, just make your new comment, and a member of the Records working group will move it to the appropriate subgroup.
