Andrew Reitemeyer made some enquiries with his PPI contacts. Apparently there is no formal definition for the role of International Coordinator, they just want a generic email address that redirects to someone they can liaise with, something like:
[email protected]
Since Andrew is already playing this role informally, I think it makes sense to make him the official International Coordinator, and point that address to him.

Unanimous 'yes', but only three of us seem to have taken part in this discussion, only one of whom is a current Board member, however, it was announced to the executive via the email group, and all Board members had a chance to have their say.
The International Coordinator is simply a person in the party that PPI can consistently liaise with. Since Andrew is already doing this informally, as one of the editors of Pirate Times, I propose we create [email protected] and point it at Andrew's email.

Obviously this position would be rotated, as are all other Officer positions. I'm just proposing that Andrew R be selected to carry out the role for the next few months.
