Last night was even more fun and successful than the last. We had over a 140 attendees and great content. Mandy, Alaska RD had to up her Zoom account because we maxed out at 100 participants. This is an additional cost her and Alaska. We'd like to request when Dave and Doug coordinate buying the WSZF Zoom account that they buy the advanced version to accommodate the increased volume of members. Thx to the wg and those who attended, it's a beautiful thing.

May 1st was Global NA Service Day and the first week of June is Worldwide PR week so the Zone should lead by example. Members started joining bout 5:45 and stayed on till 9:20. We will talk this Friday bout content of the next event and frequency thereafter. We have an audience and should serve them as necessary.

Yes. Agreed. But many fell off by 1 1/2 hours in. I’m wondering if we are going too long? Or did they just get what they needed and left?
Things to ponder. I loved it. I think it’s fabulous.

We were well into our last speaker session of the three and remember there's people from the east coast that'r three hours later than us.

I vote to upgrade our Zoom account, it appears that it may benefit us moving forward because of the global conditions that exist.

we used my zoom account for the last meeting, but know our WSZF meeting we decided to change our WSZF zoom account. We can use that, but not sure when that's going to be changed.

It was wonderful. I did notice after an hour and 1/2 we went down to about 83 participants. Maybe making it a little shorter and more often!? ❤️💕 I loved it. It certainly helped my area without then knowing it. When the materials are available I’d like to forward to our PR folks.
