Accounts of the association

in order to prepare the next statutory general assembly, the accounts of the association must be verified by two or three members. I suggest that voluntary members who will go to the FOSEDM can do this job. This will be rather quick (less than one hour) since the number of banking operations is very moderate.
During the next GA, we will have to elect people who will do this next year.

I propose to take one hour on Saturday depending on our schedule at FOSDEM, basically: who is behind the table and when.
