[Bug] SAML's displayName not used anymore

Since we updated to the 2.0 release, the username fields during the account creation through SAML are not pre-populated with the SAML attribute displayName anymore.

Hi @Florian Kohrt Can I ask you to make these bug reports to the Github Issues page? It'll be easier to track there when we make pull requests and new releases.
