hi @Laurène Ghiglia - ZD Nice, you can now find the bold, italicize, underline and strikethrough commands on the menu below, instead of the floating menu, for Firefox (as the floating menu seems to be broken on Firefox). please refresh the page if you don't see this change!

Today I wanted to share some experience with italic/blod button. I've already search in the discussion and find a comment of @Joriam Philipe from juillet 24, on the same problem. So I made a screen video capture 😎

In fact, each time i want to apply the italic or bold effect I need to do twice to obtain the result. It's the same when I want to add a link :

• I underline the text I want to modify, I click the icon and nothing happens 😟

• So I try to find the toolbox by moving the mouse over the underlined text, but never reappears, unless I click right on the underlined text 🤔

• Then I do the manip an other time... underline my text to modify... click the icon... AND oh miracle : then it works ! 😆

Is it possible to fix this little bug please, in the goal to make the manip once ? and also maybe to have the toolbox always appearing (for exemple with emoticon et others buttons below) because like that it is not very intuitive I think 😉

The only reason I can think of this being a slight priority is that if I accidentally mute the wrong thread then I have to go try and figure out which group page it's related to

yea, it's gone. The intention is to show "subscribed" threads in the interface shortly. Are you saying there are muted threads you're no longer able to access?

How do I see what threads I have muted? No more mute page?

Clicking the notification "[Name] made you an admin of [Group]" gives me an error:

We were unable to find that. It may have been deleted or moved.

At the moment, I don't see the group that I was invited to... now going into my email I see there's the email inviting me to be part of the group but I did not receive a notification of this within the app

Will refresh and try again, then will click "accept via email" and then try again if that didn't work...

Via Charley Davenport: Deleting the comment, it seemed to work with the black notification that it had been deleted. But then I had to refresh the screen for it to disappear off the conversation.

👌 FWIW you'll see followup from me on an email/ customer thread - I want to further gauge the need, or lack thereof, of company just getting going on Loomio (200 person business moving to teal)

yea, I'm eventually moving towards only having group privacy, so all threads in a group have the same privacy. otherwise it's too complex for users.

One issue I've come across is that I got a notification that my application to join a group was approved, but when I click on it, it doesn't take me to the group home page. The URL it points at is:

FYI I'm currently using 393 on my 32-bit Ubuntu 16.04 (Trisquel 8.0 distribution), in Firefox 68.0.2 (ABrowser distribution).

In this case it's after the fact — the important poll has closed, and I'm just want to know who on the board didn't participate (not re-invite them now as it's too late)

If you invite people, then there is an audience preset for people who have not voted.

How does that work for you?

Just had a funny thing with a comment I was drafting up in Enspiral's Loomio then I scrolled down screen and when I came back... it was gone! /shrug

Today, I found that clicking the 'post' button in the comment editor produced no obvious result. When I clicked it the second time, the expected change in UI occurred, but then I noticed I had submitted the same comment twice. I've tried to delete the duplicates whenever this has happened but there may be places I didn't notice the problem and my comments appear twice.

Further experimentation with starting a new threads reveals a similar thing happening. The new thread is created when the relevant button is clicked, but the pop-up doesn't disappear. I clicked again and it still didn't disappear, but I could see the thread list in the background, and I noticed that my new thread had been created twice. In the end I had the close the pop-up manually and delete the duplicate thread.
