Anybody here familiar with Community: The Structure of Belonging by Peter Block?

I'm using Team Canvas a lot for teaming / crewing.

I mentioned the 'Community Weavers Guild', including Lana and Brooks and me. The Community Canvas is produced by one of Guild crews.
