Request for expenditure of $300 for USPS postcard campaign. From the Labor working group (edited for concision):

"Hello! We in the Labor WG are hoping to participate in the DSLC's national campaign to defend the USPS. One of their biggest asks to local chapters right now is to purchase these postcards and massively send them to Congresspeople (we are thinking that DC residents can target them at the Postmaster General). Would using some chapter funds for this purpose be a possibility?

Since the order would be mailed to one person's address in bulk, we proposed putting out an ask to chapter members asking them to sign up to receive a stack of cards. They will then either fill them out themselves, or even better organize their roommates and friends to do it. The WG would then form a team to distribute out the cards to those who respond.

For $300, we could get 500 postcards"
