Should we use Loomio?
Using loomio might help organize all the stuff that doesn't fit nicely in a github project.
Let's use loomio to organize all the meta org/governance

Yes means we'll give loomio a shot and create subgroups for the various stakeholders. No means abandoning loomio altogether.
