I would suggest a brainstorming on the priorities (council/management related) for the next 3 months, and from that a initial prep/task strategy assignment.

We should not forget to add to the agenda the discussion of the "gathering" in the "oficina".

I agree with João about "a brainstorming on the priorities". I feel that they need to be redefined or reasserted.
