After a long delay, it looks like we finally have a charter for the OpenStreetMap SIG. Please review it and vote yes or no on whether you would like to establish the OpenStreetMap Special Interest Group.

Outcome
OpenStreetMap is now an official SIG of OSGeo Oceania. Our next step will be to elect a steering committee.
Review the charter and vote on the creation of an OSM SIG.

I feel the charter is where it needs to be and momentum is there to get an OpenStreetMap SIG up and running.
