This is so stupid! The share outcome form is choke full of details, why aren't they attached to the email? (see attached screenshots...). Maybe we should open a ticket to Loomio?

Our next bi-weekly call will fall on the week of October 23, and it is currently un-hosted (the following call will be hosted by @lehighcommunalist). As such, I was wondering if @manuelabosch might be available during that week to host a call related to the writing exercise we discussed as part of the code of conduct development process? If not, no worries, but, if so, please create a schedule poll with four or five times you are available that week, and add your name and info on the call agenda to this spreadsheet.

If Manuela is unavailable, we can revisit the question of a topic and host...

Oh my I apologize. Work is crazy. Kind of got pushed into a leadership role and I got completely drained and distracted. I apologize for not scheduling it. I feel bad about this. I think I'm still nervous about not having actually attended a meeting. I thought I would have joined one by now, but there were some technical/opsec issues with the last one that prevented me from attending.

No worries! I'm in the middle of a relocation as well, I know how confusing things can get. Let's regroup and organize a call in the coming weeks! :)

Hey all, I hate to do this such short notice, but I've got a bunch of family obligations around the aftermath of the funeral of my great uncle today, and don't think I'm going to be able to make the call after all. If y'all still meet, I will be eager to read the notes and discuss folks' insights asynchronously, and can take on scheduling a follow-up call in the coming weeks to keep us moving towards a firm policy...

Sorry to hear that, I hope everything's ok (as far as a funeral can be ok). If you ask me, I'd rather postpone the call to a date&time when you can attend as well: in the end it's you who attended the conference and gathered the information that's in the notes.

So sorry to hear about it @matthewcropp, totally understood. Hope things get the best possible for you under these circumstances.

One more reason to postpone this, in my opinion. What's the point of sitting an hour on a call without the energy to actively participate?

Are we postponing? Last week Matt did much of the talking. I'd actually hate to miss his input.
