Well balanced risk vs ease and clearly this shows we are looking at the best approach to international transactions at least cost processing. Thank you Alex

Some of the details about implementation are a bit too specific, but it's better to be too specific.

Note the the Finance Policy was a group effort......with both the finance committee and previous board members contributing.
