The majority of members have voted the following:

From March to June: Proposals will be turned into decisions when: a) they are approved by 75% of the voters, and b) at least 51% of the members have participated in the poll. The proposal will be open for voting for a week (7 days).

As WMW approaches, the decision making process will be revisited.

I'm not keen on the 51% participation requirement, can someone explain that to alleviate my concern that we can't always get that much participation? Thank you.
