Notify your group from a comment

I have just done a round of improvements on the @mention feature in Loomio.

1. As soon as you type @ the menu shows up

2. Top of the menu is your group name, which allows you to notify the whole group

3. Following that is the most recently active people in the thread.

4. In the bottom right corner you can see a count of how many people will be mentioned

5. If your field is blank there is a little tip telling you about the @ function.

I think people new to Loomio will these features helpful, and I also suspect the Notify group feature (which was actually here for a long time) will be new to most of you because it was fairly undiscoverable before this.
