Proposal outcomes
Currently, when the proposal closes, the author gets emailed: 'proposal closed, click here to specify an outcome'. This takes them to the app where there is an Outcome field they can fill in. This is a feature that never had much thought go into it, and doesn't get much use.
An idea for improving it: instead of 'specify an outcome', the action is 'notify your group members of the outcome'.
Submitting the form would then send an email out to the group, like:

Also I have vague thoughts about a UI feature in the murky future that is some kind of horizontal timeline, with markers for your activity showing the recent past and the impending future. You are here, this is what happened, this is what's coming your way in the next few days. Dig?

It would be good if one outcome of a proposal could to re-submit the proposal for further consideration. In the FLOSS Coop group (btw we now have a name Meshed Coop!) there's been a number of occasions where a proposal closed before people had enough time to take a position.
I have a related thought about how to reduce the likelihood of this happening, but I'll put it in its own thread.

Totally support this idea - feels like an easy win that gets into engagement in a directed way. Also, a few users have directly asked for this recently
