To fulfill basic Health and Safety requirements, there needs to be a UV filter on the drinking water, separate drinking water tap, and a functioning fire system. Both need reliable electricity above the hydro. This means some solar and battery backup.

Thanks to Michael Shakib who has put a lot of work into investigating and reporting on our options. We can use this documentation to further ask for quotes on the work from other contractors.
