Endorse inclusion of domestic workers in DC Human Rights Act

MM Margaret McLaughlin Public Seen by 170

From Virgilio Oscar Aran, national organizer for the National Domestic Workers Alliance:
"We hope this email finds you well. My name is Virgilio Oscar Aran, National Organizer, with the National Domestic Workers Alliance. We are working with different coalition partners in DC to win inclusion for domestic workers in the DC Commission on Human Right (OHR). Today, 2019, domestic workers continue to suffer from the exclusion of necessary labor and human rights protections. We are looking to build citywide support for the effort to win inclusion. It will be great if the Democratic Socialists of America DC (DSA) Chapter can support this effort. Attached is the letter of support. Antonia Peña is the lead organizer of NDWA in Washington DC. The phone number is 703-798-0622."
