Dean Codo has secured a grant of $5,000 for the purchase of Class II Traffic Vests with the CBC logo & additional wording.

We could really celebrate diversity by having a different slogan printed on each safety vest. Then people could choose the vest that says what they want.

I'd think perhaps 4 different slogans. It'd be cool to have a different one on each vest, but prohibitively expensive. We could buy more vests with the money.

If we could get someone to donate their time and create stencils for us, and then we'd have a screen print party, maybe... I think four or five (maximum) different images should be plenty.. Too many different images = dilution of brand/identity.

So far, none of the slogan ideas have sounded good enough to merit making a second design, let alone 4. Besides, how many of these will we go through in a year? Maybe 100? Not sure volume merits a collection of different shirts.

How about a vest message that reads "OUT OF GAS" on the back? I think it would be funny for car drivers to read it.
