Crowdfunding for the I-80 (Boston/NYC-Sacramento) Caravan?

Here are ideas for the I-10 or I-40 caravans to highlight Water as they come west.

Texas: Hundreds of water-districts have placed limitations, El Paso is reusing waste water, and is investing in a desalination plant, outdoor watering is prohibited on Mondays.

Utah: Limits on water usage during heat of day have ben in place for years, farmers and ranchers in southern Utah will have to scale back summer water usage.

New Mexico: Santa Feans can only water outside three days a week and once per month for washing each vehicle, permits are required for new irrigation systems with $200 fine, Carlsbad and Las Vegas residents can't water their lawns.

Colorado: Denver and Colorado Springs limit lawn water to three days a week.

Arizona: Residents of Safford in the southeast have been restricted since Feb 2013 to reduce usage by 30%, outdoor watering only twice weekly and no pools or spas and no new sod or grass, Williams no outdoor watering or washing vehicles with potable water and no new building permits, Payson limits to 89 gallons per day per resident.

Nevada: Southern Nevadans are cited if sprinkler irrigation systems operate outside assigned days, no new turf in Las Vegas, residents are paid to remove their grass $1.50 per square foot, golf courses are limited, Reno bans watering on Mon, Truckee water use goes up ten-fold during summer and so is restricted.

California: January 2014 Gov Brown delcared Stage 2 water emergency, Sacramentans must reduce use 20%, Visalia limits outdoor watering and washing cars, Willits limits use to 150 gallans per day, Los Angeles is reducing 20% by turning off water during shaving and tooth-brushing and shorter showers and using brooms to clean patios and sidewalks.

great information; next outreach, might we want to engage the Occupys in those areas with a discussion of water issues? I am copying that info into a document that I will keep in my OccupyNatGat 2014 folder for future reference.

The original plan was gong to Costa Rica and be done with this and give up on US.
And I felt terrible guilty about such because I had for so long actively counseled people not to abandon their country and come to the US. To stay and make reforms in their country. That the US was not what it was propagating.
Then the NATGAT came on my radar. I decided to give the Occupation the 6 Blood Moons.
But I am old, I am not certain I can do this. This is very much a young man's game. I am at the age where I should be contributing to the young man's campaigns, but I had to choose between health and wealth.
And here I am.
This sister all the guidance, support, and cajoling that can be mustered.
I am not delusional, I expect adversaries. I imagine I am not on a campaign of love. lol.
Now, is the time.
