Guidelines and moderators
we are going to be opening this group for volunteers and we may get a lot of people with a lot of diversity, which sometimes can get conflictive. Moving towards professionalising the workspace, the proposal is to write basic guidelines for posting/interacting in the central group, and appoint moderators.

I think it is better to have moderators . I do think we should be responsible for our conduct and be accountable.. I would hate to get into any situation and not have a moderator and be pressed for time.. It would be nice to have it there just in case..
