Revision of PPAC Bylaws!
As per the discussion at the April 5 2023 Guildwide Meeting, the Board is completing revisions to the official corporate bylaws of the Prime Produce Apprentice Cooperative.
We're linking the working doc below, and will post the final revised and final approved versions on this thread. Feel free to add comments here (not in the initial doc though - we are using doc comments to explain certain sections and revisions!)

Hi there! As discussed in the 5/3 Guildwide Meeting, the board has prepared a revision of the PPAC bylaws for review and ratification. Thanks for everyone who took the time to review and for those who came out to our dramatic reading of the bylaws. If you haven't yet, please do read through our more fundamental governing document and let the BOD know if you have any questions about what's in there. Although the clean PDF is attached here, you can still review the live google doc that has (hopefully) helpful notes from the BOD as Google comments.
