At the minimum we need to move to a bigger box (Anoop has offered to sponsor the extra cost for upgrade for 2 years C2S -> C2M of scaleway.com plan) and setup mysql replication again.
Would you be able to join the hackathon?

It is still on, day 2 now. We had the basic server configured yesterday. Need to setup services today.

Since we could not finish migration last time, we are meeting up again tomorrow and day after at Thrissur, Parisara Kendram.

Thanks to @bady and @kannanvm , we now have all services running on the new server with a fresh homepage. We still have to setup backup.

@noteness will you be available online? Especially for the matrix part. Or at least make a good documentation so someone can reinstall it on the new server :) Especially the configuration and any server keys.
