The advantages of using the Loomio subgroup instead of the advisory council email to do things like edit documents... is that Loomio creates a longer-term searchable archive of this work (so that later council members can look back and see what happened)... it also creates the space for a decision to be made when one is required... Just a thought...

Hi there, I totally agree. I do not read emails as they come in, and I thus have an allocated time slot for catching up with the project, so I am having a bit of a hard time digging through all the emails in my EarthArxiv folder. It is much easier to follow threads on Loomio.
