From todays face-to-video meeting we have the following appointments:
Executive:
- President: María Arias de Reyna
- Vice-president: Angelos Tzotsos
- Vice-president: Helena Mitasova
- Vice-president: Jeff McKenna
- Secretary: Astrid Emde
- Treasurer: Michael Smith
Board:
- Chair of the Board: Jody Garnett

This motion did not gather the 100% response rate required to be passed. I will make a new motion closing Tuesday.
Based on today's meeting being conducted in good order and full attendance I would like to recognize the following appointments. These appointments were made by a nomination process, each individual has accepted the position, and been approved by acclamation (all in favour).
Executive:
- President: María Arias de Reyna
- Vice-president: Angelos Tzotsos
- Vice-president: Helena Mitasova
- Vice-president: Jeff McKenna
- Secretary: Astrid Emde
- Treasurer: Michael Smith

This discussion threads just acknowledges yesterday’s meeting results. I understand those above wanting to vote +0 when their own name is mentioned ....
In the case of nominations, each individual nominated accepted a role, so agreement is stronger than a +1 vote (as you had the option to decline).
Please do not be overly sensitive to voting on motions. Directors are elected representatives and trusted to exercise their agency.
