Setting up the various RR loomio groups has been done on the fly or as an experiment or by various people off their own bat. This thread is to create some coherence & guidance, work out how we're paying for it and work out how Cath can get repaid for the first 3 years' worth. Cath is (at Dec 2018) the account-holder and invoices (Aug-Aug) go to her, but she'd like to change this!!
