I think Common Cause opposes this bill, fearing a runaway convention. Do we know which groups have endorsed it?

Can someone please help me find which groups have endorsed this? I'm not willing to vote until I can hear from our County's GP activists, and my email to them has not even gone out yet. I want to encourage support by being able to show who all has endorsed.

I am having trouble understanding the language here - could someone please explain this to me or confirm if the following is correct? And answer any questions I have below.
I read it as:
Calling for a convention to create amendments
Every citizen gets a vote
What does natural persons mean? Does it mean all persons? If not, what does it mean?
Create an amendment to regulate campaign contributions and expenditures. Are there specifics regarding this?
Finally is this state delegates calling upon federal Congress to do these things?
Please explain if I have misinterpreted any of this.
