Doctors, Chemists and Pharma being responsible for Manufacture/Selling/Prescribing Drugs

It is time the people responsible for making, prescribing and supplying synthetic(or otherwise) drugs, take responsibility for their creations, supply and manufacture.

You need to be more specific, or instance what should they do to be more responsible. Should they prioritize People over Profits and to what extent etc etc rather than posting short sentences.
Also adding sources is good to backup claims and statements.

I'm new to this kind of thing, sorry if my ideas / thoughts are not as well put together as they should be. When drugs are made, either by people (drug designers) or computer ( rosetta ) they go through a testing phase; which eventually mean on animals ( injecting the drug into them after they have been contaminated with a lethal viral/ bacteria or disease ) what we don't know is exactly what will happen in all cases, although the immune response may be to keep the animal/s alive. if it functions, it will go through human trials. i dont know much about that proceedure but read a little bit about it in the library in auckland once. yet they don't test of every different variation of people from around the world. this would mean different genetic variation may give a different side effect. or result in death. vaccines have had a bad reputation lately in the news with the results leaving people hospitalised or ill and unrepairable damage to their mental or physical health. my concerns are that the pharma seem to be using humans as guinea pigs, the health departments are logging all these things in their reports that people bring into them. the pharma will promote these to doctors, even giving kickbacks for more use or providing their drugs over the competitors. chemists and doctors do not always know if a patient is going to be compatible if that drug is used, so a caution is given. ( if that patient dies, or has a bad reaction, there is no proper pre test used to determine if that drug affects that person. people i believe ( i dont have any facts ) dying from these drug interactions do not have any way of suing the prescriber of these drugs, or producer of these drugs or doctors testing these drugs out on people. the good old, if you are still feeling unwell in a few days come back in. so patients are having to pay for the researching of these drugs on themselves. So when you have cancer charities collecting money for drugs to cure cancer, and there must be millions of people donating billions into the funds going to these pharma companies worldwide, are not coming up with the goods, and in their persuit in finding the cure, are not responsible for killing people. how much money is going from new zealand or our government towards this "cure" that in fact is only masking the disease or problem, rather than FIXING IT, when our dna is changed, unethically by these viruses or bacteria they dont think about the impact it has on our future generations or immediate family. they suffer too, left without any means to survive and that impact is taken on by our government or relations. these companies need to become responsible for providing the means to protect us from their misadventure or manufacturers of their drugs so when a subject is killed, they need to pay for it. we need out universities filled with doctors and nurses but also citizen scientists/ armies of them developing tools (like CRISPR) to return our peoples ( as diverse as they are ) DNA to what is should be, or was before infection. please understand my grammer issues are noted so, when a child is born, any test or procedure performed on that child should include from the umbilical cord a part that is the pure dna. this means as the child ages and has infections, the orignal code can be reinstated should their dna be harmed or manipulated from an outside source. NZ is lacking so far behind. we should be the ones leading the world with this kind of technology to enhance and attract people to become apart of our wonderful country. not lose them overseas. keep the charity funds here for our future and survival and our army protecting us agasint the alien invasion war that is truely going on right now ! that war is real threat to our people and instead of sending soldiers overseas to fight battles killing people, they should be learning how to fight diseases here. i would go on but i hope I made it a bit clearer what i want to say. All these doctors and chemists and pharma do not take responsibilty for their drugs and supply to our people, let alone targeting out peoples unique dna evolving here. if they want to supply, its their risk, not the publics. why are we not testing our homes for diseases or problems with home test kits? some bacteria are good, some bad. educate us on those and from one source thats responsible, not some twat preaching abot a natural remedy made from some extract in the back yard claiming to do something, that cant be prooven using science we develop ourselves. fidicuary responsibility. if a murderer using a weapon goes to jail, why doesnt mass murderers using drugs they created or supplied/sold perscribed. we are not their guinea pigs ! nor do we owe them the right to get a degree and use it to protect themselves from their actions/inaction. nurses and people make mistakes thats understandable, but why should family pay for that mistake. acc also, should be ashamed of themselves for using pre conditions as a way to cull payments to people dying of no fault of their own, but of that they should be protected from, man or creature. tbc :-)

- Generally speaking, people take drugs knowing that there are possible side effects and so responsibility lies upon them as well
- It's impossible to know what all the possible side effects are especially when how a gene functions can change due to environment (see epi-genetics)
- People can have more than one DNA sequence in them
- Testing on animals is almost totally illegal around the world now. I think that China is the only country that specifies that such testing must be used

HB36.6 and oseltamivir administration and influenza challenge
Animal studies approved by the University of Washington and Utah State University Institutional
Animal Care and Use Committee. Female, 6–8 week-old BALB/c mice were randomly
separated in to groups, anesthetized and intranasally administered protein binder (HB36.6) at
concentrations varying from 0.01 to 6.0 mg/kg. Two to forty-eight hours later, the mice were
anesthetized with 2.5% isoflurane and challenged IN with 3–10 MLD50 (fifty percent mouse
lethal dose) of A/California/04/09 (H1N1) (CA09), A/PR/8/34 (H1N1) (PR8) or A/Duck/MN/
1525/81 (H5N1) (MN81). In a therapeutic setting, mice received the protein binder 0 (2 hours
post-infection), +1, +2, +3, or +4 days post infection. The mice were monitored daily for weight
loss and survival until 14 days post-infection. Animals that lost more than 30% of their initial
body weight were euthanized by carbon dioxide in accordance with our animal protocols. Oseltamivir-treated
mice received 2.5 mg/kg of oseltamivir (Roche, Palo Alto, CA) twice daily for
5 days (total of 10 doses) by oral gavage. Oseltamivir was dissolved in water prior to administration.
The SCID (Non-Obese Diabetic (NOD), Severe Combined Immunodeficiency (SCID)
gamma, strain NOD.Cg-Prkdcscid Il2rgtm1Wjl/SzJ) mice and the MyD88-/- (strain B6.129P2
(SJL)-Myd88tm1.1Defr/J) mice were purchased from Jackson Laboratory. At least five mice per
group were used for each experiment. All mice used for the experiments are included for analyses.
For mouse experiments, researchers were not blinded to animal identity.

Mice are animals right? the funny part of this is, the original design i believe was made by Vakobo from Russia via fold.it and almost immediatly afterwards, rosetta software created the exact same design, but in reverse, which of course they used, instead of the designer Vakobo. wish i could look back through my chat log to find those details but it would take time to proove. although im serious about what i said.

Uhm, what?
