Hey, I can edit this too, says TomL :-) Good-oh. Oh I can't edit the title of "Proposals.." which is really confusing. Thanks Matt :-) OH Chris is right, I can! That feels like a bit of a mixed metaphor for editing, I would have assumed that by editing the discussion I could edit the title. The two edits are quite different.
OOOOOooooohhh they have a revision history. That's nice isn't it. So they do edit stuff and track changes.

Ahhh I get it, a specific proposal (or more than one) emerges FROM the discussion - I like it already!!
