Legacy: Frozen conflicts in the Western Balkans

SO far, frozen conflicts have primarily been affiliated with EU's discourse related to EU Neighborhood. However, there is both increasing trend and increasing amount of developments that threaten to have this discourse to expand to the Western Balkans. Let us try to contribute to a change.
