Should we migrate to Trello?

After using both Trello and Mingle, I generally prefer Mingle, but part of that is that I found it difficult to figure out how to do various agile processes well in Trello (mainly around preparing future iterations and seeing activity across multiple iterations). If there are ways to do these things in Trello that work just as well, I'm open to switching.

I would like to give it a go. I haven't used it extensively but it seems like a simpler tool. Also, Mingle has a lot of annoying bugs and contacting Thoughtworks tech support proved to be fruitless for me.
We can always go back if it doesn't work out.

The team should pick what's best for it. I'm a big fan of Trello so i'd highly recommend experimenting with it but its a team decision at the end of the day.

I've gotten used to mingle, so at first I was fine with staying. But other teams are doing really well moving to trello, and I think it will really help cross-team collaboration and working with people outside of engineering or design.

I’m almost done with my part 1 blog post of how the mobile apps team uses trello and loves it. When the team was formed i thought about both tools and picked trello for its simplicity. Almost a year later i see no reason to switch and have seen it scale really well. Would highly recommend.
