Move git repo from gitlab.com to git.fosscommunity.in

1. git.fosscommunity.in is run with 100% Free Software (using GitLab Community Edition) where as gitlab.com is run on proprietary software (GitLab Enterprise edition adds proprietary features to GitLab EE).
2. Many Indian Pirates are part of the team that runs git.fosscommunity.in
3. We could get git.pirates.org.in alias
Move to git.fosscommunity.in for git hosting

We use it to host pirates.org.in, website, diasp.in front page and gpg encrypted pasword sharing.
