Group Description - indicate how many characters over 250 limit

I woke up at 3am with a genius idea for improving Loomio and saving the world but promptly went back to sleep before writing it down. Alas I can no longer remember it.
Darn.
So this small suggestion will have to do. :)
When creating a group / sub-group there is a 250 character description limit.
When exceeding 250 characters we receive a warning and the text is highlighted red but there is no indication how many characters we've exceed the limit bit.
Consider adding a count (275 of 250 characters) or perhaps a twitter style count - 250 down to 0 and then -ve numbers when exceeding the limit).

There's also a point of confusion in the UI for this. If someone is over the limit, removes some characters and hits the Next button then they are jumped to the next tab (Privacy).
So to find out if they are still over the limit they have to step through Privacy and Permissions again.
Ideally the character count should be done within the Profile tab.
