Hi Ayesha, sorry I'm just continuing to test the integrations with our chat software. Thanks so much for interacting it's been nice to have someone generating events with me.
The recommended settings for loomio are to receive notifications only if you are notified. However permissions are set in such a way that you should be able to see all the threads and activity in the groups you are a part of. Since you interacted with this thread I believe you get subscribed to the notifications of activity. Or you might be following along in the Loomio notifications for slack.
In any case no action required from you and we're all set up on the communications side now! I'll report back on what has happened there in the thread for software collaboration.
The only difference was that this group has the preexisting connection to slack via webhook. I removed that and an triggering another event to test
