Procedures for Name Achievment

- (Re)Start pulbic contribution to List and clear it from problematic names (5 days)
- Vote (OMA Members + Active Contributors to OMA Cooker)
- Apply some statistic rule and select the most voted (from 3 to 7 maximum)
- Discuss and take final selection of name in extraordinary council meeting [invite for discussion the TC and the team leaders (if not in council)].

I agree with the procedure. The final choice must, like in Get a Face!, respect at maximum the voting. Only higher concerns should "block" some names.

I'm against such lengthy processes. We are already way behind schedule. I've already vocally put my arguments on MLs. It should be (1) public voting and (2) Council+TC discussion & voting. Period.

Hi Anurag, This will be fast, I'm trying to get the list for the voting to do it Sunday/Monday and if I get it on time, agenda the meeting for final discussion for Wednesday and a name on Wednesday night.

The timing is still not well define, what are the plans?
From the moment we open a vote for the members how long they will have? Keep in mind that some members that want to vote can't participate in a vote called just couple of days before and closing 1 day after.

Guilherme I was thinking of 48h (from Monday 8:am UTC) But warning of the voting Saturday (48 hours) before. I just need the mails from people. if I have the lists, I can schedule everything, no list is impossible to do it.

One note. Should we also include in 2 anyone who contributed a name? Only one vote though irrespective, of the number of names contributed.
