Formally approve the 2017 new charter members list
2017 membership process ended with the nomination of 78 new members. All the candidates are accepted as all of them:
- were nominated by an existing charter member;
- were seconded by at least one charter member;
- no veto votes registered.

I apologize Vasile Crăciunescu, I shared the outcome after the motion closed - without identifying a responsible parties to take action.
Can I ask for volunteers to:
- make a news announcement welcoming the new charter members
- update the http://www.osgeo.org/charter_members page with our new members
Ideally we can do this ahead of the board elections.
